MANAGING DIRECTOR

I started working in my aunts real estate office at 19, rural real estate for York, Northam, Toodyay and Midland so Ive been involved in city and rural real estate for a long time.

As a young woman I worked in late night hospitality and had a roaring 20’s meeting people from all walks of life as everyone goes out to celebrate or commiserate.

I have worked in insurance and banking since my mid twenties. I have been authorised to give insurance and finance advice since the early noughties and been a qualified finance broker since 2015.

All through my insurance and finance days, my working life has been linked to WA rural towns. I simply love travelling all over WA to help my clients and I am passionate about making home ownership possible for people in these areas.

I want to build a business that is based on relationships so that I can one day close the doors and only look after the client base I have. I don't want to have a big corporate business, ever. I want to have a business I can work in until well past the usual retirement age with people I like and love helping. I don't see the clients I have as work and I look forward to being able to look after their finances for a long time to come.

Meet MELISSA.

SENIOR BROKER

Melissa joined our team in 2021 as the Customer Service Manager. She had a background in Insurance Broking but was quick to learn the ropes. Our clients have grown to love working with Mel and in 2024 she took on the task of completing her Cert IV in Finance Broking, followed by her Diploma in 2025, which makes her the most educated person on the team!

She is a busy mum with a FIFO husband, either running. her kids around after school or hockey tournaments on the weekends.

Mel is from Bunbury. She is very familiar with all the places that our South West clients are trying to buy. She listens to what they are trying to achieve and goes above and beyond when helping them meet the deadlines of their purchase.

Loan support officer

Maretchel joins our team in 2026 to support Carissa and Melissa with all her attention to details skills.

With a background in call centre claims she is our document and settlement expert.

She is a busy mum and likes to spend her spare time with her family and loves a game of badminton.
